About

Interview prep that respects how engineers actually learn.

No 100-hour video courses. No vague 'design Twitter' prompts. Just real problems, written rubrics, and feedback that tells you exactly where you stand.

Why we built Archtin

Most interview prep platforms are optimized for DSA — algorithmic puzzles with one right answer. The bar for backend, platform, and infrastructure roles is different. You're expected to defend tradeoffs, decompose ambiguous requirements, and reason about systems under load.

We sat through enough loops — and ran enough of them — to know that "watch this 4-hour HLD video" doesn't translate into a hire. What works is repetition on real problems, with feedback that pushes you toward the design moves senior engineers actually make.

What makes Archtin different

  • Diagram-first learning. Every concept is taught with stepped Mermaid diagrams that animate as you progress through a module.
  • Rubric-based AI reviews. Submissions are scored on modularity, SOLID adherence, pattern selection, and tradeoff defense — not a vague "looks good."
  • A real workspace. Multi-file Monaco editor, language switching that actually preserves your code, and an in-browser test harness.
  • Practice loops, not lectures. Bite-size lessons land you on a relevant LLD problem within minutes.

Who we are

Archtin is a small, focused team of backend engineers who've shipped production systems at scale and hired into senior IC and staff roles. We obsess over feedback quality, problem authenticity, and the speed of your learning loop.

We're independent and self-funded. That means we answer to one person: the engineer in front of the workspace.
