Refund Policy

We want every Archtin subscriber to feel the product is worth the price. If it isn't, we'd rather refund you than keep the money.

7-day no-questions refund

If you upgrade to a paid plan and decide within 7 days that Archtin isn't for you, email billing@archtin.com from the email on your account and we'll refund the full amount. No forms, no surveys.

Annual plans

For annual subscriptions, the 7-day window starts on the date of the most recent renewal. After the window, we provide a pro-rated refund for unused full months upon request, less a small processing fee charged by our payment provider.

Monthly plans after 7 days

We do not provide partial refunds for the current month, but you can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Teams plans

Teams plans are governed by the order form signed at purchase. Refund terms are negotiated as part of that agreement.

How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@archtin.com from the email on your account.
  2. Include the date you subscribed (optional — we can look it up).
  3. We'll confirm within 1 business day and the refund will reach your card within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Before raising a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us — we'll almost always resolve refund requests faster directly.
