These terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Archtin. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Archtin. By using the service, you represent that you can form a binding contract.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any access tokens.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You may not share an account or use someone else's account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to extract problem content for redistribution.
- Upload code or content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or contains personal data of others.
- Abuse the AI review system to generate content unrelated to interview practice.
- Interfere with the platform, evade rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of code and content you submit. You grant Archtin a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you (including running AI reviews on submissions you initiate).
5. Our content
Problems, lesson content, rubrics, diagrams, and other materials provided by Archtin are licensed to you for personal practice only. You may not republish them, post them on other platforms, or use them to train models.
6. Plans, billing, and trials
- Free plans are available without a payment method.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Prices are shown on the Pricing page.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the Settings page or by emailing us.
9. Disclaimer
Archtin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practicing on Archtin will result in a job offer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archtin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Archtin is incorporated, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
